Erika Spencer & Jay Shaw are the founders of the St. Catharines Real Estate Investors Club (REIC) and co-founders of Welcome Home Property Solutions,  a family run business that has been helping people achieve the goal of homeownership since 2014. Over that time we have worked with people from all walks of life and helped many of them get on the path to homeownership.

We have been investing in the Niagara Region since 2014 and created this REIC as a way for investors of like minded background and those who are new to real estate investing to network with one another as well as a forum to learn more from industry experts.
